Keeping the same motif going, here's the Jerry Hsu Palette skateboard deck. Again, the artist series that Chocolate skateboards has put out is second to none. If you're looking for modern art, mixed with skateboarding, then you owe it to yourself to pick up this series from Chocolate. I for one love the juxtaposition of the art on these latest from Chocolate. Jerry Hsu's deck comes at you just like you'd expect from a museum, if you ask me. The size is a bit bigger than I ride, but not by much.

Here's another deck from the Palette series. The Chocolate Skateboards Brenes Palette Deck 8.12s5 x 31.625 is a fun skateboard deck, just over 8 inches wide, and flips quite well. This is an interesting, artistic framed skateboard, and again, it looks more like a work of art than a tool for ultimate street skateboarding destruction. Chocolate skateboards again puts out a series that really is artistic. I love it. This is a great deck, you'll like it too. I suggest getting all of the Palette series and put them on your wall, in order.

Chocolate Skateboards Chunk of Chocolate In Nicaragua Skateboarding Video

The Chocolate Skateboards crew went down to Nicaragua to skateboard, drink beer, and do stupid stuff. In this two minute clip, you get a sense for how much fun it is to be on the Chocolate skateboards team. i for one always wanted to be on their team, and well, after watching this, I'm inspired to hit up a local skateboard park. If it wasn't 20 degrees outside here in Indianapolis, I'd be skateboarding, that's for sure. I ran into the Chocolate Palette series, and was impressed by the way the artists came up with skateboards to feature their professional skateboarders. If you're a fan of skateboard art, then you're going to love the way that this Chocolate series came out. It's definitely modern art, and not just skateboarding graphics for the sake of skateboarding graphics. At 8.0, it's a solid deck from Chocolate, and something that you no doubt are going to want to put up on your wall, if you ask me.

7 Days of Chocolate

It’s Thursday February 9, 2017. You know me, or don’t know me. It’s been winter for a few months, and I’ve neglected this website. My internet provider sucks, my knees hurt, and I’m tired. But one thing remains, I still have love for skateboarding. So much so that I’m going to be updating this site with 7 days of Chocolate skateboards.

Chocolate Skateboards (not literal Chocolate)

For the next coming days I’m going to be posting all sorts of random crap about Chocolate skateboards, where you can buy them, board reviews, videos, and anything I can find about them. It’s just a little way of treading on new ground for this site, in hopes that someone out there not only picks up a board, but supports core skateboarding in general.
